Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Edge Terminal, a product operated by Buzr AI LLC dba. Edge Terminal ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Edge Terminal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Edge Terminal.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Edge Terminal. By creating an account or accessing the platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that your use of Edge Terminal complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Edge Terminal is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on our platform constitutes legal, financial, or betting advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Edge Terminal, including any sports betting activity, is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2. Accounts and Registration

To access Edge Terminal you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information updated at all times. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at operations@edgeterminal.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Each subscription is issued to a single individual user. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. You may not share your login credentials, account access, or subscription benefits with any other person. We monitor account activity including IP address patterns and session data. If we determine that an account is being accessed by multiple users or from multiple devices in a manner inconsistent with individual use, we reserve the right to immediately suspend, restrict, or permanently ban the account without refund. Repeat violations may result in permanent ineligibility from our platform.

3. Description of Services

Edge Terminal is an insights and data platform that provides sports predictions and predictive information to subscribers. The platform delivers AI-generated analytics, data dashboards, and predictive tools designed to inform sports enthusiasts and recreational bettors.

Access to Edge Terminal is provided on a subscription basis only. No lifetime access, perpetual license, or permanent entitlement to the platform or its content is granted at any time. Your access to Edge Terminal is contingent on maintaining an active, paid subscription in good standing.

All predictions, analytics, and content provided through Edge Terminal are generated using artificial intelligence and proprietary data models. THE INFORMATION, DATA, INSIGHTS, AND PREDICTIONS PROVIDED THROUGH EDGE TERMINAL ARE FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. NOTHING ON THIS PLATFORM CONSTITUTES, AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED AS, GAMBLING ADVICE, FINANCIAL ADVICE, LEGAL ADVICE, OR ANY OTHER FORM OF PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. EDGE TERMINAL DOES NOT ENDORSE, ENCOURAGE, OR FACILITATE GAMBLING OR WAGERING OF ANY KIND. ALL DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH EDGE TERMINAL ARE MADE SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND DISCRETION. PAST PERFORMANCE OF ANY PREDICTION, MODEL, ALGORITHM, OR INSIGHT DOES NOT GUARANTEE, IMPLY, OR SUGGEST FUTURE RESULTS. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content delivered through the platform. You acknowledge that sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable and that no system, tool, or platform can guarantee winning results under any circumstances.

4. Payments and Billing

4.1 Subscription Billing

By subscribing to Edge Terminal, you authorize us and our third-party payment processors to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis for the applicable subscription fee as disclosed at checkout. SUBSCRIPTIONS AUTO-RENEW AUTOMATICALLY AT THE END OF EACH BILLING PERIOD UNLESS CANCELLED IN WRITING PRIOR TO THE RENEWAL DATE. By completing your purchase you acknowledge and consent to this recurring charge.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other methods as displayed at checkout, processed through our third-party payment processors. In certain cases, we may offer financing or installment options through approved third-party financing platforms. By using these options, you agree to the terms of the applicable third-party provider. We do not store your full card or banking details directly on our servers. Payment information is handled securely by our payment processors in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

4.3 Processing Fees

If applicable, processing fees associated with your chosen payment method, including credit card surcharges, financing platform fees, or third-party platform fees, may be added at checkout and will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.

4.4 Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and levies associated with your purchase. We will collect applicable taxes where required by law.

4.5 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may attempt to reprocess the charge. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your subscription if payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts. If a payment fails for a service that has already been rendered or accessed and we are unable to collect the outstanding balance directly, the account will be referred to a third-party collections agency and, where applicable, pursued through legal proceedings. You will be responsible for any additional costs incurred in the collection process, including collections fees and reasonable legal fees.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Edge Terminal subscriptions are sold as recurring commitments for the billing period selected at checkout. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to operations@edgeterminal.ai. No refunds are provided for the current active billing period unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing at the time of purchase. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the paid period.

5.1 Chargeback and Payment Dispute Policy

BY SUBSCRIBING TO EDGE TERMINAL, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE SERVICES PROVIDED ARE INTANGIBLE, FORWARD-LOOKING INFORMATIONAL AND ANALYTICAL SERVICES. THE VALUE OF OUR PLATFORM LIES IN THE DELIVERY OF AI-GENERATED DATA, INSIGHTS, AND PREDICTIVE INFORMATION AT THE TIME OF ACCESS. ONCE THIS INFORMATION HAS BEEN ACCESSED, VIEWED, OR DELIVERED, THE SERVICE HAS BEEN RENDERED IN FULL, REGARDLESS OF SUBSEQUENT OUTCOMES.

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank or payment provider without first submitting a written complaint to operations@edgeterminal.ai and allowing Buzr AI LLC dba. Edge Terminal a minimum of seven (7) business days to resolve the matter constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud. You agree that this agreement, together with our access logs, delivery records, and transaction history, constitutes sufficient documentation to evidence that services were rendered and received.

Purchasing a subscription for the purpose of accessing our data, insights, or predictive content and subsequently initiating a chargeback to obtain a refund is considered fraudulent misrepresentation and theft of services. Buzr AI LLC dba. Edge Terminal maintains the right to flag such conduct with payment processors, card networks, and applicable financial institutions, which may result in your being permanently blocked from using payment methods with those networks.

In the event of any chargeback, unauthorized payment reversal, or fraudulent dispute, Buzr AI LLC dba. Edge Terminal reserves the right to pursue full recovery of all associated costs and damages. The client shall be liable for all of the following: legal costs, collection costs, payment processing dispute costs, payment processing costs, dispute costs, sales costs, network costs, any banking costs, and any other costs associated with or arising from the dispute. You acknowledge that your total liability in connection with a chargeback or fraudulent dispute is not limited to the original transaction amount and extends to every cost incurred by Buzr AI LLC dba. Edge Terminal as a direct or indirect result of the dispute.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Edge Terminal for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Share, resell, or redistribute your account access or any content from the platform without our written consent
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce any predictions, data, analytics, or materials from Edge Terminal
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from our software or AI models
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the platform without authorization
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform or its systems
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account termination. In addition, you acknowledge and agree that certain violations, including but not limited to unauthorized scraping, redistribution of platform content, and reverse engineering, may cause significant harm to Buzr AI LLC dba. Edge Terminal, and you may be held financially responsible for damages up to One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000 USD) per incident, in addition to any actual damages, legal fees, and costs incurred by Buzr AI LLC dba. Edge Terminal in enforcing these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Edge Terminal, including but not limited to AI models, algorithms, predictions, analytics, dashboards, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Edge Terminal LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Edge Terminal solely for your personal, non-commercial use during your active subscription period. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

8. Disclaimers

EDGE TERMINAL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF EDGE TERMINAL IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Buzr AI LLC dba, Edge Terminal, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR BETTING LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE EDGE TERMINAL, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF EDGE TERMINAL SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Buzr AI LLC dba, Edge Terminal and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of Edge Terminal; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit or transmit through the platform.

11. Defamation and Reputational Harm

By subscribing to Edge Terminal, you agree that during your active subscription period and for a period of three (3) years following the termination or cancellation of your subscription for any reason, you will not make, publish, broadcast, or otherwise communicate any false, misleading, or defamatory statements about Buzr AI LLC dba, Edge Terminal, its products, services, officers, directors, employees, contractors, or affiliates through any medium, including but not limited to social media, online forums, review platforms, podcasts, interviews, or any other public or private channel.

Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: making false statements of fact presented as true, publishing statements intended to harm the reputation or business interests of Buzr AI LLC dba, Edge Terminal, coordinating or encouraging others to make defamatory statements, and engaging in any conduct that constitutes defamation, libel, or slander under applicable law. For the avoidance of doubt, any reviews, posts, threads, comments, or content published on any platform including but not limited to Google Reviews, Trustpilot, Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, or any other social media platform, online forum, review site, or public digital channel that contains false, misleading, or damaging statements about Edge Terminal LLC, its products, services, or personnel, shall be considered defamation and reputational harm under these Terms and subject to all remedies set forth in this section.

In the event that you engage in defamation or reputational harm as described above, Buzr AI LLC dba. Edge Terminal reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies. You acknowledge and agree that such conduct may cause significant and difficult-to-quantify harm to Edge Terminal LLC, and you agree that you may be held financially responsible for a minimum of Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000 USD) per incident, plus any and all potential loss of revenue directly or indirectly resulting from the impact on Buzr AI LLC dba. Edge Terminal's online presence, reputation, search rankings, platform traffic, subscription growth, or brand value, as recorded and documented by Buzr AI LLC dba, Edge Terminal. Such revenue losses shall be calculated based on available business records, analytics data, and any other reasonable evidence of impact at the time of enforcement. Nothing in this section limits Buzr AI LLC dba. Edge Terminal's right to seek injunctive relief, additional actual damages, or any other remedy available at law or in equity.

12. Data Theft and Unauthorized Sale of Information

Any unauthorized collection, repurposing, resale, distribution, or transfer of data, content, predictions, analytics, or any other information obtained through your access to Edge Terminal is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud and theft under applicable law. This includes but is not limited to selling, licensing, sharing, or otherwise monetizing any Edge Terminal data or content to third parties, whether directly or indirectly, with or without compensation.

In the event that you are found to have sold, distributed, or transferred Edge Terminal data or information to other individuals or entities without authorization, Buzr AI LLC dba. Edge Terminal reserves the right to pursue all available civil and criminal legal remedies. You agree that you may be held financially responsible for liquidated damages of Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000 USD) per individual or entity to whom our data or information was sold, distributed, or otherwise transferred, in addition to any actual damages, disgorgement of profits, legal fees, and costs incurred by Buzr AI LLC dba, Edge Terminal. Each recipient of improperly shared data shall constitute a separate and independent basis for damages under this provision.

Buzr AI LLC dba. Edge Terminal further reserves the right to report such conduct to appropriate law enforcement and regulatory authorities and to cooperate fully in any resulting investigation or prosecution.

13. Force Majeure

Buzr AI LLC dba. Edge Terminal shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to server outages, data provider failures, third-party API disruptions, internet infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, or any other event outside the reasonable control of Buzr AI LLC dba. Edge Terminal. In the event of such a disruption, Buzr AI LLC dba. Edge Terminal will make commercially reasonable efforts to restore access and notify affected subscribers. No refunds or credits shall be owed for service interruptions caused by force majeure events.

14. User Feedback and Submissions

If you submit any feedback, suggestions, ideas, feature requests, or other content to Buzr AI LLC dba. Edge Terminal through any channel, including but not limited to email, support tickets, social media, or in-platform tools, you hereby assign to Buzr AI LLC dba. Edge Terminal all right, title, and interest in and to such submissions, including all intellectual property rights. Buzr AI LLC dba. Edge Terminal shall have the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and incorporate any such submissions into the platform or its business without restriction, compensation, attribution, or obligation to you. You represent and warrant that any submission you make does not infringe the rights of any third party.

15. Third-Party Services

Edge Terminal may integrate with or contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies. Any third-party links or integrations are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement by Edge Terminal LLC.

16. Modifications to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Edge Terminal at any time with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of Edge Terminal following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

17. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Edge Terminal at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 18, and 19.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Edge Terminal shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in a location mutually agreed upon or as determined by the AAA. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information. Formal legal notices must be submitted in writing to operations@edgeterminal.ai with the subject line "Legal Notice" and will be deemed received upon written confirmation of receipt by Edge Terminal LLC.

19. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Buzr AI LLC dba. Edge Terminal with respect to your use of Edge Terminal. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
