Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Edge Terminal, operated by Edge Terminal AI LLC, doing business as Edge Terminal (“Edge Terminal,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use Edge Terminal.

1. Eligibility and Permitted Use

You must be at least 18 years old to use Edge Terminal. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and will comply with all laws applicable to your use of the platform.

Edge Terminal is provided solely for informational and entertainment purposes. Nothing available through the platform is legal, financial, gambling, betting, investment, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of Edge Terminal, including any sports-related or betting-related activity, is lawful where you live.

2. Accounts and Account Security

Access to Edge Terminal requires an account. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current registration information and to update that information when necessary.

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify us promptly at operations@edgeterminal.ai.

3. Individual Use; No Account Sharing

Each subscription is licensed to one individual user only. You may not share account credentials, account access, or subscription benefits with another person.

We may monitor account activity, including IP-address patterns, device activity, and session data, to identify use inconsistent with a single-user subscription. If we reasonably determine that an account is being shared or otherwise misused, we may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate that account without refund. Repeated violations may result in permanent ineligibility to use the platform.

4. Subscriptions, Renewals, Cancellations, and Refunds

Edge Terminal is available through recurring subscription plans. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Edge Terminal AI LLC and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method for the subscription price displayed at checkout, together with applicable taxes and any disclosed fees.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal date. You may cancel through the software, by emailing operations@edgeterminal.ai, or by contacting customer support. To avoid a renewal charge, your cancellation request must be received before the renewal date. Once cancellation is confirmed, access will remain available through the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

Eligible first-time membership purchases are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service, you must contact our team within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date to request a refund. Refund requests are on all subscriptions within the first 30 days for monthly, yearly or any other tier. Requests must be made on a business day through an available support channel, including operations@edgeterminal.ai.

If the request qualifies under this policy, we will process the refund. This guarantee is limited to an individual’s first membership purchase and does not apply to renewal charges, rebills, upgrades, additional purchases, or later subscriptions.

Renewals and Rebilling

Renewal and rebilling charges are non-refundable once processed, except where required by applicable law or where Edge Terminal AI LLC specifically agrees otherwise in writing.

You are responsible for cancelling before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue your subscription. Non-use of the platform, dissatisfaction after a renewal, or failure to cancel before the renewal date does not entitle you to a refund for a renewal or rebill.

Billing Concerns and Payment Disputes

If you have a billing question, believe a charge was made in error, or need assistance with a refund or cancellation, please contact operations@edgeterminal.ai before filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We ask that you allow at least seven (7) business days for us to review and respond.

We maintain subscription, transaction, access, and service-delivery records. Where necessary, we may provide those records to payment processors, banks, card networks, or other relevant parties to respond to chargebacks, reversals, or payment disputes.

5. Payment Processing and Fees

Payments may be made by credit card, debit card, or any other payment method made available at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not directly store your complete card or banking information.

Where offered, financing or installment-payment options are provided by third-party providers and are subject to those providers’ terms. Any processing fees, financing fees, card surcharges, or similar charges will be disclosed before purchase when applicable.

You are responsible for all taxes, duties, levies, and similar charges associated with your purchase, except taxes based on our net income.

6. Failed Payments and Collections

If a payment attempt fails, we may attempt to collect payment again. We may suspend or terminate your subscription if payment remains unpaid after reasonable collection attempts.

If services have already been accessed or delivered and an outstanding balance cannot be collected, we may refer the account to a third-party collection provider or pursue other available remedies. To the extent permitted by law, you may be responsible for reasonable costs incurred in collecting the unpaid amount, including collection fees and legal fees.

7. Nature of the Service

Edge Terminal is an AI-powered insights and data platform for sports enthusiasts and recreational users. The platform may provide predictive information, analytics, dashboards, data, and related tools.

All predictions, analyses, data, insights, and other platform content are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not gambling advice, financial advice, legal advice, or any other professional advice.

Sports outcomes are uncertain and inherently unpredictable. Past results do not guarantee future results. Edge Terminal makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, profitability, or outcome of any prediction, model, algorithm, or insight. Any decision you make using information from the platform is made solely at your own risk.

8. Services Rendered Through Access

The value of Edge Terminal includes access to AI-generated data, insights, analytics, and predictive information delivered through the platform. Once platform content has been accessed, viewed, or delivered, the applicable services may be considered rendered, regardless of any subsequent outcome or result.

9. Chargebacks, Reversals, and Unauthorized Disputes

Submitting a chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute without first contacting us in writing and allowing us a reasonable opportunity to address the issue may constitute a breach of these Terms.

You agree that these Terms, together with applicable transaction records, account logs, and service-delivery records, may be used as evidence that the service was provided and accessed.

If a customer accesses subscription content or services and then initiates a payment dispute to obtain a refund without a valid basis, Edge Terminal may report the matter and supporting evidence to the applicable payment processor, card network, financial institution, collection provider, or other appropriate party.

In connection with an improper chargeback, reversal, or fraudulent dispute, Edge Terminal reserves the right to seek recovery of applicable losses and costs, including payment-processing costs, dispute fees, collection costs, reasonable legal fees, and other expenses arising from the matter, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not:

• Use Edge Terminal for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• Share, sell, sublicense, transfer, or redistribute your account access or platform content without written authorization.
• Copy, scrape, reproduce, download, or extract predictions, data, analytics, or other materials from the platform without permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to identify the source code, models, or underlying systems of Edge Terminal.
• Use bots, scripts, automated tools, or other unauthorized means to access the platform.
• Impersonate another person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.
• Interfere with the integrity, performance, security, or operation of the platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, networks, systems, or data.

We may immediately suspend or terminate your access for violations of this section. Certain violations, including unauthorized scraping, redistribution, or reverse engineering, may cause substantial harm to Edge Terminal. To the extent permitted by law, we may seek damages of up to $10,000 USD per incident, in addition to actual damages, legal fees, and enforcement costs.

11. Intellectual Property

All content and functionality made available through Edge Terminal—including our software, AI models, algorithms, predictions, analytics, dashboards, branding, graphics, text, and other materials—are owned by Edge Terminal AI LLC, Edge Terminal, or their licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

During an active subscription, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you under these Terms.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

EDGE TERMINAL IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, AND RELIABILITY.

We do not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, error, delay, security issues, viruses, or harmful components.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EDGE TERMINAL AI LLC, EDGE TERMINAL, AND THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR BETTING LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Edge Terminal AI LLC, Edge Terminal, and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to:

• Your use of the platform;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of applicable law or the rights of another party; or
• Content or information you submit, post, or transmit through the platform.

15. Defamation and False Statements

During your subscription and for three (3) years after its cancellation or termination, you agree not to knowingly make, publish, or communicate false, misleading, or defamatory statements about Edge Terminal AI LLC, Edge Terminal, its services, products, personnel, contractors, or affiliates.

This includes false statements of fact presented as true, statements intended to unlawfully harm our reputation or business, coordinating others to make defamatory statements, or conduct that constitutes defamation, libel, or slander under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from making truthful statements, providing honest opinions, reporting concerns to government agencies, participating in legally protected activity, or exercising rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

If you engage in unlawful defamatory conduct, Edge Terminal may pursue available remedies. To the extent permitted by law, we may seek damages of no less than $25,000 USD per incident, together with additional actual damages, lost revenue, legal fees, costs, and equitable relief where appropriate.

16. Unauthorized Use or Distribution of Platform Content

You may not collect, repurpose, sell, license, distribute, transfer, publish, or otherwise monetize any data, predictions, analytics, content, or information obtained through Edge Terminal without our prior written consent.

Unauthorized distribution or resale of platform content may result in civil or criminal liability. If you sell, transfer, or distribute Edge Terminal information to another individual or entity without authorization, we may seek liquidated damages of $25,000 USD for each recipient, in addition to actual damages, disgorgement of profits, legal fees, and enforcement costs, to the extent permitted by law.

We may report suspected unlawful conduct to appropriate law-enforcement or regulatory authorities and cooperate with any resulting investigation.

17. Force Majeure

Edge Terminal is not responsible for a delay, interruption, or failure to perform caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. These circumstances may include server outages, data-provider failures, third-party API interruptions, internet or infrastructure disruptions, cyberattacks, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, or similar events.
