You take qualified calls booked by setters and convert them. High-ticket. Phone-first. The product sells itself if you can move conviction across a phone line — that's the entire job.

  • Minimum 12 months high-ticket phone-closing experience
  • Demonstrable close rate — bring the numbers, not the stories
  • Available for 6+ calls per day in a North American time zone
  • Comfortable working off a CRM, daily KPI dashboards, and recorded calls
  • Composure under objection · no scripts, only frameworks

SDR/Confirmation Specialist

You qualify inbound and outbound prospects and book them onto closer calendars. The bottleneck for the entire floor sits on your desk — booked-call volume is the leading indicator of every dollar collected downstream.

  • Track record of 8+ booked calls per day with show rates above 60%
